7. Engaging in a Profession suitable to one’s nature like,
A. Teaching-(Brahmana Vritti)
B. Administration-(Kshatra Vritti),
C. Entrepreneurship -(Vysya Vritti)
D. Physical or Intellectual labour-(Sudra Vritti).
8. Engaging oneself in Dana or Charitable activity.
9. Devoting time to Scriptural Listening or Reading for Self Improvement.
10. Living a Life of Contentment.
11. Abstinence from Narcotic Substances.
