About Vedic Way of Life–To lead a peaceful and harmonious living, Rishis(seers) have divided the whole span of life into four stages or Ashramas i.e., Brahmacharya, Gruhastha, Vanaprastha and Sannyasa.

Brahmacharyashram-Gurukula
This is the first stage of one’s life and the student between an age group of 8 years to 25 years are expected to follow a disciplined life, a Vedic Daily Routine and a life dedicated to studies under the guidance of an Acharya/Teacher.
Vanaprasthashrama
This is the third stage of an individual’s life where man/woman retires to a secluded place after completing their family responsibilities to prepare themselves for spiritual journey.

Sanyasashrama
This is the fourth and Last stage of one’s life where one dedicates oneself to realize the highest reality.
